Courts and Amenities

The Burlington Pickleball Complex has 17 purpose-built courts, including a shaded exhibition court, plus shade structures, lighting and a restroom building.

Hours

From April through October, the complex is open Monday–Saturday from 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. From November through March, Monday–Saturday hours are 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Sunday hours are 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. year-round.

Open Play, Fees and Waivers

Burlington residents and Burlington business owners may use open-play courts at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis after showing proof of eligibility on their first visit. Nonresidents may use open play for a $3 daily drop-in fee. Every player needs a free CourtReserve account and a signed waiver before playing. At least two courts are normally reserved for skill-based open play except during scheduled tournaments and programs.

Court Reservations

Members may reserve the remaining courts in CourtReserve with no separate court fee and receive priority booking. Nonmembers who need a reserved court can request one by emailing info@playburlingtonpickleball.com. Tournament and program schedules can temporarily reduce ordinary court availability.

Membership Options

Resident memberships are $20 monthly or $195 annually for one person and $35 monthly or $275 annually for two people. Nonresident memberships are $30 monthly or $245 annually for one person and $45 monthly or $325 annually for two people. Membership includes free priority court reservations, ball-machine access and a merchandise discount; annual plans also include three guest passes.

Junior Players

A parent or guardian must create a Junior CourtReserve account for anyone under 18 and attend the junior player’s first visit to complete check-in requirements.

Programs

Programming can include beginner instruction, skills sessions, leagues, camps, tournaments and special events. Scheduled programs require advance registration through CourtReserve.

What to Bring

Bring a pickleball paddle, outdoor balls, non-marking court shoes, water and sun protection. Mark personal equipment and follow posted skill-level and court-rotation rules during open play.

Create the required free CourtReserve account and sign the waiver before arrival. Choose open play for first-come access or use the reservation process when a guaranteed court time is important.
