Burlington City Park includes five baseball and softball diamonds used for practices, leagues and tournaments. The fields sit near the walking track and other park amenities, making the complex convenient for players, families and spectators spending several hours at the park.

Fields and Setting

The City Park complex includes five diamond fields, with a walking track around Field 5. Nearby parking, restrooms and other recreation areas make it practical for team and family visits.

Open Use and Reservations

Organized practices, games and events require field coordination through Burlington Athletics. When no event is scheduled and field conditions permit, casual use may be possible; organized practices, games and events require field coordination through Burlington Athletics.

Leagues and Tournaments

Burlington Recreation and Parks runs youth athletics and the City Park fields host tournament activity throughout the year. Registration periods, age groups and fees vary by program.

What to Bring

Players should bring the protective equipment required by their league, including a properly fitted batting helmet, glove, bat, water and weather-appropriate clothing. Spectators may want portable seating and sun protection.

Field Conditions

Wet weather, maintenance and tournament schedules can close or restrict individual fields, and posted closure notices take priority over ordinary open use.
