THE EXPERIENCE
Ride the one-third-size C. P. Huntington miniature train on a loop through Pullen Park. This is a relaxed, family-friendly ride with accessible boarding.
HOURS
Pullen Park is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Amusement rides operate Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The train closes at sunset when that comes earlier. Ticket sales end 15 minutes before ride closing.
TICKETS AND RIDER RULES
Train tickets cost $2 per rider. Children under age one ride free with a paying adult. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall to ride alone; children under 42 inches need a parent or guardian, and both riders need tickets. Digital tickets can be bought through Raleigh RecLink and do not expire.
LOCATION AND ACCESS
Find the train at Pullen Park, 520 Ashe Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27606. Parking is available at the park. The train is wheelchair accessible; speak with ride staff about boarding.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Allow time to park, buy tickets and queue. Weather and special events may affect operation. The carousel and kiddie boats are separate attractions, each requiring their own tickets.
