| Day | Listed park hours |
|---|---|
| Monday–Thursday | 2 p.m.–11 p.m. |
| Friday | Noon–midnight |
| Saturday | 11 a.m.–12:30 a.m. |

These are park hours, not a promise that every attraction runs for the entire period. Frankie’s notes that some weekday attractions start later, quiet weekdays may end early, and outdoor operations depend on weather. Check the official park information for your date. If one particular ride or track is the reason for your trip, call about that attraction before leaving.
Admission and prices
Admission is free; activities are purchased separately. Frankie’s does not offer a general all-day pass. Cash and major cards are accepted; there is no ATM. Fun Money cards and e-tickets do not expire. See the payment and admission FAQ.
Go-karts: $11 per ride on each of the three tracks.
Mini golf: $13 per course.
Outdoor amusement rides: $8 per ride.
The official Charlotte attraction page lists current prices and requirements for each attraction.
Choose your outdoor activities
Go-karts
Choose between the Road Course, Drifter and Slick Track. For a mixed-age group, start by comparing the single- and double-kart options; do not assume every child who can ride as a passenger can drive. Our Go-Karts guide explains the differences, eligibility and what to bring.
Mini golf
Putting is the option to consider when your group wants a shared activity without choosing a thrill ride. The Mini Golf guide covers the course choices, round pricing, scenery and family pacing.
Amusement rides
Check the Amusement Rides guide before promising a particular ride to a child. It separates the outdoor rides from indoor attractions and compares height requirements and ride motions. A rider’s comfort with spinning, height or going upside down matters as much as meeting the posted minimum.
Indoor options and bad-weather planning
Other choices include an arcade, bowling, laser tag, Hologate virtual reality, bumper cars, Drop Zone and XD Dark Ride. The attractions page lists their separate prices and eligibility rules. Rain can suspend outdoor attractions while indoor activities remain available.
Before buying several outdoor experiences, check the forecast and ask what is operating. If showers are possible, pick an indoor backup that suits the same ages and budget. Avoid treating an indoor backup as interchangeable with a kart race or golf round; confirm how your purchase works at the counter.
Food, seating and breaks
Frankie’s Café serves options such as pizza, burgers, salads, wings and sandwiches. Seating includes an elevated arcade overlook and a shaded outdoor patio by the kart area. The Lounge adds table service, a bar and screens for watching sports. The official food page has both menus.
The café menu lists a cheese pizza at $20, kids’ tenders and fries at $8, and a single Frankie’s burger at $9; its listed menu prices include tax. The café and Lounge have separate menus. Ask the restaurant directly about allergies or special diets.
Outside food, drinks and coolers are prohibited; birthday cakes are an exception. Plan to purchase refreshments on site rather than bringing a picnic.
Visiting with children
Family planning: Under-18s must stay with a parent or legal guardian age 21+. Frankie’s FAQ lists 18+ entry after 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Check the current supervision and evening-entry rules before a family evening visit.
Each parent may bring no more than three children under the posted FAQ policy. Start your planning with the youngest or shortest participant. Make a short list of activities everyone can do together, then choose any older-child or adult rides separately. Allow time for a guardian to accompany children rather than scheduling the adults on another attraction at the same moment.
Suggested visit plans
- A focused outing: Choose one main activity, leave room for a repeat, and decide on food after seeing the queues. This keeps spending and expectations manageable.
- A family afternoon: Start with a shared activity such as golf, add eligible rides or kart passengers, then take a meal break. Plan around the evening-entry rules.
- An adult activity night: Compare track eligibility first, alternate races with another activity, and leave the restaurant portion until after the experiences you most want to do.
These are planning suggestions, not timed packages. Queue lengths, attraction openings and your group’s pace will determine the visit length. Do not schedule the entire outing down to the minute or expect every attraction to fit into a short stop.
Birthdays and group events
The birthday packages require at least 10 guests, advance booking of at least 48 hours, and a 50% deposit for Fun Card packages. Current tiers run from $25 to $100 per person, with bonus play credit. Food is separate; table reservations require a food package. Check the full terms and available time slots with group sales before inviting guests.
For a school, team or work event, use the group-events options to discuss food, space and activity budgets. Tell the coordinator the group’s ages and any access needs before selecting a package.
Access, arrival and final checks
Use the map below for the correct destination and check your route on the day; travel times from Charlotte, Concord, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville depend on your starting point and traffic. The official pages reviewed do not provide a detailed accessible-course map or ride-transfer guide. Call ahead about step-free routes, wheelchair use, companion assistance and the specific attraction you want. Check parking and drop-off arrangements directly if you have a large vehicle or organized group.
Before leaving, confirm the attraction you want is open, check every rider’s age and height, review the evening rules, and set an activity-and-food budget. Comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing will make the outdoor portions easier. Use the individual guides below for the details that determine what your group can do.
